With the help of the Tags and Goal widget, track each customer behavior and their journey. The support widget is used to escalate customer queries to our support portal, where human agents can interact.

We have conditional-logic widgets to navigate the customer based on his responses. With postman’s similar interface, you can integrate the chatbot with any legacy system using REST APIs. Some of you might need custom logic to be implemented based on user inputs. In that case, we have logic widgets to write codes in python if you want to flex your coding skills.

Knowledge Base​

You might have a FAQ built on your website or with you. In a couple of clicks, you can integrate with our platform. Even if you don’t have an existing FAQ, we have a portal where you can input questions and relevant answers. The answer need not be text, it can be images, videos, audio, etc. Don’t forget to enable our chit-chat feature, which makes the chatbot more humane with basic conversational abilities.
